Why this facility is different

Built for serious outdoor work

Abernethy Industrial Campus is the former headquarters of the Clackamas County Transportation and Maintenance Division — the county’s central base for maintaining and parking its public works fleet. The paving, fencing, and layout weren’t retrofitted; they were engineered for heavy commercial use from the ground up.

When the county consolidated operations, that purpose-built facility became available to contractors, landscapers, and operators that need dependable working ground — not converted farmland or a mud pit.
