Water Fill Station with Pefect Access

High speed water refills for your jobs

Our campus includes the former Clackamas County Transportation Maintenance Division (TMD) water fill station — a dedicated, engineered water line used for over 40 years to fill County water trucks for dust control, grading, paving and road maintenance. We now offer controlled access to this same high-capacity system for qualified contractors and operators.

This rate ensures we cover the water cost, plus the required overhead for pavement wear, system maintenance, site access, management time, and insurance — while still offering a reliable contractor fill point with fast access, no hydrant permits, and easy maneuvering for large trucks.

Ideal water fill users

  • Dust control & grading contractors
  • Excavation & earthwork crews
  • Paving & asphalt contractors
  • Street sweepers & vacuum trucks
  • Compaction & soil conditioning operations
  • Landscape contractors with tanks
  • Industrial cleaning & wash-down
  • Fire-watch & prevention support

The 6" metered line typically fills a 2,000–3,000 gallon truck in 10–20 minutes depending on system pressure. Access is restricted to pre-approved account holders; all users must follow Campus rules and maintain proper insurance.

Why this facility is different

Built for working trucks

Abernethy Industrial Campus is the former headquarters of the Clackamas County Transportation and Maintenance Division — the county’s central base for maintaining and parking its public works fleet. The paving, fencing, and layout weren’t retrofitted; they were engineered for heavy commercial use from the ground up.

When the county consolidated operations, that purpose-built facility became available to the operators who keep job sites, farms and roads running — including bulk water users who need a fast, dependable fill without fighting for access.

  • Formerly Clackamas County TMD fleet headquarters
  • Fully paved approach — no mud, no ruts
  • Perimeter fencing with controlled, gated access
  • Wide aisles — easy in, easy out for tankers
  • Direct access from I-205, Hwy 213 & Hwy 99E
