Why this facility is different

Built for serious fleet & commercial parking

Abernethy Industrial Campus is the former headquarters of the Clackamas County Transportation and Maintenance Division — the county’s central base for maintaining and parking its public works fleet. The paving, fencing, and layout weren’t retrofitted; they were engineered for heavy commercial use from the ground up.

When the county consolidated operations, that purpose-built facility became available to private fleet operators, contractors, and businesses that need dependable outdoor storage — not converted farmland or a gravel patch.

  • Formerly Clackamas County TMD fleet headquarters
  • Fully paved throughout — no gravel, no mud, no ruts
  • Perimeter fencing with controlled, gated access
  • 370+ stalls, covered and open-air
  • Wide aisles for maneuvering large vehicles
  • Direct access from I-205, Hwy 213 & Hwy 99E
