Hummingbear Woodworks Now Leasing at Abernethy Industrial Campus in Oregon City

Abernethy Industrial Campus is thrilled to welcome Hummingbear Woodworks, LLC, an Oregon-based woodworking company led by Steven Ballard, to our Oregon City community. Hummingbear Woodworks specializes in woodworking construction, bringing skilled craftsmanship to custom wood projects for clients throughout Clackamas County and the surrounding region.
Hummingbear Woodworks has leased Suite 101 at 1020 Abernethy Road, a 1,059-square-foot shop space that also includes use of a covered parking area — a practical combination for a working woodshop. The company is customizing the space to fit its craft, with planned improvements including new electrical circuits for shop equipment, interior painting, a sink hookup, and a new steel shop door, while the campus completes complementary upgrades including a new subpanel, plumbing rough-in, and heating for the space.
