Big Sky Landscaping has leased a versatile mix of office, shop, and yard space at 1102 Abernethy Road on the northeast side of our 22+ acre campus. Their premises include office and shop space in the Thunderbird buildings (Buildings 11 and 12), the Snow Barn (Building 13), and surrounding barn yard areas — serving as an administrative hub, a venue for client meetings, and a storage facility for landscaping materials, equipment, vehicles, and supplies.
And they didn't stop there. Shortly after signing, Big Sky expanded into the adjacent Barn Yard gravel yard spaces, adding roughly 58,000 additional square feet of outdoor storage yard for their landscaping supply sales and storage operations. All told, Big Sky's footprint now covers well over an acre and a half of gravel yard, shop, and office space — the kind of contractor yard that's increasingly hard to find in Clackamas County.
